How Long Do Microgreens stay fresh?

Microgreens are good for around 14 days post harvest. Make sure to store on low shelf or drawer in fridge for longest storage.

What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are the shoots of salad vegetables such as arugula, Swiss chard, mustard, beetroot, etc., picked just after the first leaves have developed.

Is your produce chemical free?

It is indeed. Our microgreens are grown on organic hemp grow mats and watered with purified local water.
