Microgreens are one of the simplest ways to add fresh flavor and concentrated nutrition to almost any meal. They may be small, but each variety brings its own personality, nutrients, and culinary use. Here’s a quick breakdown of the microgreens we grow at Fuku Farm and what makes each one unique.

Broccoli Microgreens
Mild and crisp with a clean flavor. High in sulforaphane, a compound known for supporting cellular health, inflammation balance, and detox pathways.

Red Cabbage
Naturally vibrant in color due to anthocyanins, a group of antioxidants also found in blueberries. Known for supporting heart health and immune function.

Sunflower Shoots
Crunchy and nutty. Naturally rich in plant-based protein, zinc, and B vitamins. One of the most filling microgreens.

Speckled Pea Shoots
Sweet and refreshing with lots of chlorophyll and fiber. Great for digestion and daily vitamin support.

WTX Spicy Mix (Radish Blend)

Some oyster mushrooms in a spicy Japanese broth, sticky rice and cucumber salad topped with purple radish microgreens, and some fried pot stickers. (We even put mustard microgreens in our homemade ginger hibachi sauce)
